It is simple and easy to use. Everyday we send samples out to the company. A report of your potential intolerances will be emailed within 10 business days of when the lab receives your sample so it takes about two weeks total. Once the results are receives, we will contact you to set up an appointment to review your results and make the necessary Natural Healing corrections. Unlike blood and urine testing – where the results can be affected by your last meal, stress or other factors, hair testing is not affected by these things and can therefore store information for longer periods of time. This information is used for intolerance testing for foods, non-food, metal, minerals and deficiencies. Then are able to give you a detailed report that creates a broad picture of your intolerance. The hair testing method for intolerance is considered excellent for several reasons, some include:

Differences Between Allergies, Intolerances and Sensativities
Allergies target the body's immune system and produce a more severe reaction that could be life-threatening. In most cases, allergies are hereditary and are a lifelong condition.
An intolerance is the body's inability to digest an item properly, whether that is a food intolerance or a non-food (environmental) intolerance. In most cases, you may be able to correct your intolerance by adjusting your diet, environment and lifestyle. You can work with your intolerances to reduce and possibly eliminate them.
An intolerance can occur due to a number of reasons, the two most common are:
1) The body is lacking the necessary digestive enzyme(s) for the food item and cannot properly digest the item or efficiently take nutrients from it.

This is the third most common metal on earth and one of the most toxic. It has incredibly low density and is able to resist corrosion. It is soft, durable and lightweight and is silver/dull grey. It is commonly found in most water (except filtered and bottled). Very low levels can be found in plants, cereals, fruits and vegetables due to high concentrations in the ground, however there is none found in herbs, spices and teas. It is quite common in dough and processed cheese. It is common in everyday items like transport, household products, packaging and lighting. It is used in some antiperspirants and many over the counter medications contain quite high levels of aluminum. Symptoms of aluminum toxicity can include memory loss, learning difficulty, loss of coordination, disorientation, mental confusion, disturbed sleep, colic, heartburn, flatulence, and headaches. This is a shiny grey metal and is extremely flame retardant. It is often used in cosmetics, army supplies and in cables. Symptoms of antimony poisoning can cause headaches, nausea, dizziness and depression. Large doses cause vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort and tingling of the extremities.

Chromium is a steely-grey hard metal with a high melting point. It is mostly used to harden steel and other services to resist corrosion. All chromium compounds may cause dermatitis and some may cause occupational asthma. They can also cause chrome ulcers which form little holes in the skin.
It is produced by reductive smelting and is silver/grey on color. It used to be used as a blue pigment for jewelry but had to be stopped due to the amount of reactions it caused. It is the only metal that is liquid at room temperature, it is silver in color. Mercury can be found in many electrical outlets around the home. It is also found in some household medicines and can still be used in some dental fillings. It is present in neon signs and even used in mascara. It can be found in many seafood’s and some fresh water fish. Symptoms of mercury toxicity are far and wide as it can affect any area of the body. It can affect the nervous system, the gastro area, the head and neck and even the cardio-vascular system.
It gets its name from the Greek word for lead, as the two were often confused. It is extremely hard and metallic in color. The main use of molybdenum is in the commercial and industrial industries where it plays a large role in manufacturing. Symptoms can include itchy eyes and coughing, but in chronic exposure it may cause anorexia, diarrhea and extreme joint pain.
It is hard and ductile and reactive with oxygen. It is silver/white in color often with a golden tinge. It is used in many coins and also is often used to make magnets. It is present in some foods including bananas. It is another of the main toxic ingredients in tobacco products. TESTING FOR PETS
Chronic food-related health issues in animals, such as itchy skin and “leaky” gut are also known as intestinal dysbiosis. However, many affected dogs do not have diarrhea or weight loss, but instead commonly exhibit “hot spots”, chewing on the coat, and licking the feet or anus. Other signs and symptoms include vague abdominal pain, acid reflux, nausea, abdominal bloating, flatulence, chronic fatigue, constipation, pancreatitis, and even seizures. Sometimes, serum liver enzyme levels are elevated; in other cases they are asymptomatic and are diagnosed only after endoscopic intestinal biopsy.
Food sensitivity testing for common allergens and peptides in dogs and cats has been available for some time and tests for the grains most often associated with IBD and other symptoms of adverse food reactions such as, but not limited to, wheat and other glutens, like barley, rye, spelt, kamut, and oats (unless labeled as gluten-free), as well as corn (often a GMO product now) and soy (a phytoestrogen). These grain types are among the major constituents (top five ingredients) that make up the bulk of standard commercial kibble fed to most dogs. For example, wheat-sensitive enteropathy is a heritable trait in Irish Setters. Gluten foods cause immunological reactions which lead to atrophy of the intestinal villi of the inflamed small intestine. This, in turn, results in diarrhea and weight loss due to malabsorption of fluid, electrolytes, and dietary nutrients. Even though chronic or intermittent diarrhea and intermittent vomiting are the most common symptoms of this food sensitivity, there have been few studies of the prevalence of this condition in animals being presented to veterinarians with chronic diarrhea or vomiting or other common bowel symptoms. The result was often either no diagnosis or a missed diagnosis of an immunologic food sensitivity or intolerance.
Food re-activities also can be seen to foods or supplements that the animal ate before it became a meat source, so that reactions to grains, milk proteins and legumes can be seen. Recent studies published in North America and Europe showed that nearly all of the premium and prescription foods tested contain undeclared sources of animal origin (meat, poultry or fish), and soy proteins. Furthermore, the body’s metabolism and food re-activities can change at anytime as food sensitivity is cumulative and affected by continual environmental exposures.
